自動包裝秤，又稱自動包裝機，可分為半自動包裝秤和全自動包裝秤。包裝秤主要由自動定量包裝秤（由儲料斗、喂料器，稱重夾袋斗，揉實機構，電腦控制，氣動執行部分等構成）與選配部分（輸送機、縫口機/熱合機）組成。采用螺旋給料，物料是由給料機構強行排出。
